Prenatal Interview

I prefer to meet with you and your partner before you make any final decision about hiring my services. This meeting does not obligate you in any way. If you do choose my services, I will want to meet or talk with you approximately four weeks before your due date to discuss your preferences.

If you decide to hire me for your most wonderful experience, I will guide you through your Birth Plan preparation and answer any other questions you and your partner may have.

Services include:

• 2 prenatal visits
• Birth plan develpment assistance
• Resource and referral access
• 24/7 phone support, including post-birth
• Continuous care through labor and delivery
• Breastfeeding assistance
• 1 postpartum visit
